Kings Village

I lived here for nearly 10 years, and it truly felt like home. The community always felt safe, and I had wonderful neighbors. The Marzena in the leasing office was professional and responsive, and the maintenance team was outstanding. Jimmy Dean was especially incredible — he knew residents by name and handled issues quickly and thoroughly. After a decade, I can honestly say I had nothing but a positive experience. I highly recommend this community.

I had been living here for two year. I am going on to another year of leasing. From moving out of my parent’s house into this apartment it feels no different. My neighbors are great, maintenance is great and any question I may have had been answer quickly and respectfully from the leasing office Marzena. The size of the apartment is fantastic. All the shared spaces are always clean and maintained.

This is our first time renting an apartment and we were extremely lucky because we have great neighbors. Almost everyone is so kind and respectful. Marzena is great and made our move in so easy. The apartment looks brand new and even has a washer and dryer.

Kings Village staff and management is truly the best. Marzena and Jimmy both are extremely helpful and understanding. The management is very easy to interact with and everyone quickly responds to any issues brought up. Very thankful for all the help from the management and staff.

I've been here for maybe four of five years now and I just wanted to take the time and say that I've had a pleasant experience all around since moving from NY. The staff in the leasing office as well as the maintenance team are wonderful and easy to deal with. They've been slowly upgrading things for us residents since I moved in, such as the addition of a small dog run and heating the pool. Never had issues with anything not working properly. Overall just a nice place to live.
