⚠️ **Avoid Eagle Rock Apartments – Protect Yourself** ⚠️ I strongly recommend that anyone considering **Eagle Rock Apartments** proceed with extreme caution and document *everything*. My parents lived here for one year. On the last day of their lease, we personally took detailed photos and videos of the apartment showing it was left in good condition. Despite this, management kept a large portion of their security deposit. They were supposed to receive $2,500 back, but only received $914, with no clear or consistent explanation for the deductions. Management claims the apartment was left in poor condition, yet they are **refusing to provide any photos or evidence** to support their claims—even after we formally requested them. Called four times and sent two maintenance inquiries about a broken dishwasher within a one month span. Two of those for the appliance smoking and being an emergency call to which no one even showed up. If an appliance smoking isn’t good enough to come out the day of or even replace it instead of putting a bandaid on it and the maintenance guy saying “ it’s not 100% but it works” tells you a lot about this place. Stay away!!!!! We now have to have the township and office of the fire marshall pursue further actions due to the lack of urgency for something that poses a safety issue like this. Day after posting the above message, no heat or hot water once again to wake up to.

Afortable close to shopping, nightly litup, and safely across from route 46, 24/7 maintenance, Pet "allowed" with required emotional support yearly Dr'snote, courteous and helpful office staff, close to blue ribbon schools and fast to police department, heat, and hot water included!!!

I stayed here with my family for an year and had an amazing experience. Loved the community. I lived in Building 6, Unit 7A and this unit was the best. It was a one bed, one bath with a separate dining room. We had new carpet, centralized heat and A/C, and optimum was our cable provider. Whenever there was an issue with anything, David is the man!!! He would come in like 10-15 mins and would do everything to make us comfortable. The rental office staff is also friendly and professional. The community is quite, and safe. The Mount Olive Police patrols round the clock. Not too far from Netcong shoprite/Flanders shoprite, walmart, McDonalds, Burger King, Target, Costco. The only con is that you have to pay the rent by writing checks and mailing it to their office in Mountainside, NJ. I have a

Lived here for 4 years, they constantly harassed us about kids toys outside that my son used everyday. Never showed up on heat calls for a week, would put silicone over black mold, they are terrible. The rent is fair but I lived in a one bedroom that had a closed in dining room we used as a bedroom and they evicted us out of nowhere saying 3 people (including a 4 year old) was over occupied even though my neighbors all have 5-7 people living in there one bedrooms. The property manager is nasty and will curse you out for a bike outside but let’s other people have grills on there deck and boat hanging off their deck down to the neighbors.
