Property poorly maintained and the roads are a mess and hazardous especially during bad weather. Stairs are falling apart and a safety hazard.

horrible. completely rude and unprofessional maintenance , who show up to not do the work, and just the check. prolonging the problem causing more jobs. with incompetent and uncaring office staff who allow their workers to harras, assault, and roam around with immunity . has no care for tenants who deal with deadly black mold, warping and breaking floorboards, cracking ceilings, tubs and toilets that don’t drain properly, regularly the hot water is broken, and the heat barely works if it even comes on. and if you even try to bring it to their attention, they will raise rent to try and get you to move out, rather then doing their job. in my opinion, literally chose anywhere else to live. please.

Garbage complex with garbage staff. If you enjoy paying for 1970’s apartments with no upgrades, then this complex is the place for you. Have an emergency? They’ll take care of your request in 12-24 months.

This place is a joke 😤😤😤and management is absolutely disgraceful😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱! I have been waiting over a year to have my bathroom floor repaired The tiles are breaking and the plywood floor is rotting away. But they are more concerned with having their tenants vehicles ticketed and towed. Coming back from work at 3:30 PM to find out my motorcycle which was parked in front of my car was towed to Ocean Township NJ. Almost 100 miles away plus $5.50 a mile SRS parking management very rude unprofessional they curse at you ...And will cost me over $1,000 to get it back 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬. Just the other day my neighbor she have a handicap spot she's the only one she can park there for some reason the handicap tag wasn't hanging they give her a ticket $$$450$$$ and they threaten people to lose their licen

Lived there for 3 years. Best apartment complex! A little annoying having kids outside and kicking balls into my window but I feel for those who can’t buy a home bc of how prices have gone up. Only moved out because I was moving back home with family in CT. If I moved back to NJ, I would come back here immediately.
