Stay clear of this property management . Communication undesirable they never return calls and they do not ever pick up the phone. Edit Constant leaks, and if you try to reach owner they threaten eviction. Truly slumb lord. They do not care. I have pictures and documentation to back up everything I say. I've lost hundreds between my food, slipping and hurting myself on the leaky floors, also the amount in my water bill due to all the leaks. Never once has anyone reached out or offered any type of compensation to replace anything this horrible poor management company has caused me. They offered me to get out and it won't go on my credit. Hate they can ruin me in that way!! I barely make it but my bills are always paid. To cause me more than I have is souless.

We rented a property managed by Kings Realty & Property Management for almost 2 years. Rhonda was our property manager and she was always extremely helpful. If we ever needed anything concerning the property she acted quickly to get any maintenance issues resolved. She always followed up to make sure things had been handled and we were satisfied. When were ready to purchase our own home she guided us through the procedure and made the process incredibly smooth and easy. The office staff has always been kind and courteous. If you need a property managed or you are looking for a rental to make your home go with Kings Realty and Property Management. You will not be disappointed!!

Tom LeVieux helped us tremendously when looking for our new rental. He was so friendly. Highly recommend Tom’s help! He’s a five star review. However my experience with this company and the property I rented was extremely disappointing. When we first moved in the protest had not been properly cleaned and still smelled heavily of smoke from the previous tenant. The blinds had been chewed, walls painted and patched wrong colors, and a dish left on the balcony. We emailed countless times trying to get it removed and things fixed- and nothing. Maybe it was a bad property- but the expectation is that you fix what a previous renter broke regardless if you represent that property.

From the very first day, Rhonda was approachable and thorough with clear and concise information regarding the application process and property lease. Contacting Rhonda has always been easy, as she is up-to-date with modern technology like text-back-voicemail when she is on another call. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed repairs, Rhonda responds quickly, is extremely understanding, and is quick on her feet with solutions. Paying rent is easy with a couple convenient options: pay online through a virtual portal, or stop by the office with a money order. Overall, Rhonda has helped to make me feel safe and secure renting my home.

Rented a townhouse behind xscape movie theater a few years back. My realtor was M not going to place the whole name because the whole company is iffy. A few weeks before move in I stated I didn't want to move in due to I noticed there is no guest parking over there you literally have to park in the apartment complex across the street I was told no because we already agreed on a move in date and deposit so a verbal agreement. So I moved in and a few weeks later my kitchen ceiling caved in from a water leak that I was blamed for and the list goes on. Ppl beware and good luck
