This place has an outstanding management team. They are very professional, respectful and caring people. This is the kind of place you and I wanna live at. I have lived here for 2 years going on 3 and is a great place to live. Edit * it's been nothing but rent increase and the management does nothing to protect against bullies, . But when you complain your the one with a notice on this door... nor the only family moving or has moved due to bad management. .. sad because I used to like this place

Apartments and some garages, play yard and nice big trees. Grounds are kept clean and maintained. Units are good sized. Close to shopping and freeway as well as on bus line. Appears to be a nice family community.

Managers weren't the best. Anytime there was a issue they tried to blame it on me so I'd have to pay for it. They knowingly have recalled stoves. I had to switch the breaker everytime I wanted the oven off till they fixed it. They raised my rent a bunch before I left. Parking was aweful working late or till the early morning it was always a hassle to find a space I had to park a couple times across the street at the gas station. Neighbors are loud having parties on porches smoking kids running around screaming. They made you salt your own stairs i dont always have a bag on deicer in my pocket everytime i come home. I hated it there

There is definitely things I don't like about this place like the pool being closed when it's suppose to be open and a few other things but I do really like the Manager she's been wonderful to our family!
