Courtyards at Fairview

It was going really great with the last manager, and while with the last management company. It feels like this one is only run by AI and no real people work it though. You don't get phone calls or emails responded to, or chat inquiries. I used to see maintenance always around site working but now it is a ghost town, never have seen a single new staff member in the last nearly 2 weeks.

I really enjoy living here. Property management & maintenance are helpful, the community is quiet, I don’t have a dog but I do appreciate the dog parks, and rent feels really fair for what you get. Getting to see the hummingbirds every day is my favorite thing about living here. :) Visitor parking on weekends can be difficult with pretty limited availability, so a con if you like to have company regularly. Mostly due to street parking being no longer available, but weekdays aren’t bad at all.

If you're looking for a peaceful, spacious place to live, this is it! The management and neighbors are so happy and helpful. Maintenance issue handled very fast! They have pool, fitness room, and a few dog parks. I love everything about this place! Highly rated and recommended for me. 😊👍

I lived here from 2007-2008 and again from 2015-2017. My experience was amazing. Becca was the best property manager I ever had. I wish I stayed in contact with her. I would move back, in a heartbeat, but I prefer top floor apartments and my mobility will not allow me to get anything but a ground floor apartment at Courtyards at Fairview. Plus I want to live in a building with interior hallway entrances. My experience here is getting me to focus on Affinity managed properties for my next (and hopefully last) home.

I am about to break my lease due to my own personal safety reasons, i moved in 2021 and unfortunately someone i knew broke in to my apartment by kicking the door. That person since then did disappear so i was not worried about it anymore and i made necessary arrangements like getting a restraining order and all that. 2 years or so go by and i contacted Becca the property manager in regards to this person possibly being back in Oregon and getting information about breaking the lease etc. Becca, however, practically laughed at me and told me to wait until November when she retires to do anything so she did not have to deal with it is what im assuming. That did not sit well with me. Affinity properties did not care also. Here i am trying to get the funds to break my lease since the stat
