Fairview Oaks Woods Apartments

I’ve been living at Fairview Oaks and Woods for a while now, and I honestly love it here. The staff are always friendly and easy to talk to — they actually care about the residents and make sure things get taken care of. My apartment is cozy, well-maintained, and I’ve never had any major issues. It’s a quiet, comfortable place to come home to, and I really appreciate how clean and well-kept the community is. Definitely happy I chose to live here!.

***DONT MOVE HERE ITS DANGEROUS*** I have lived at Fairview Oaks Apts for about 6 plus years. This is the worst place to live! for many reasons; the landlord Ava is not only rude as someone can possibly be, she is lazy and disgraceful to all the renters no one has anything nice to say about her. It takes months and in some cases I am aware of years to get repairs done. The entire staff is known for telling the business of tenants to other tenants and providing information about tenants to whomever contacts them, they show no value to anyone. I know several people they have bad mouthed to neighbors and each other very openly, the staff of this place are the picture of foul dishonesty! They care nothing about people!!! Thieves on campus at all times and they do nothing to stop them! ***DON

I live here now ( 1 bedroom) and it’s been about 3 yrs. Have no complaints. Friendly staff, maintenance always quick to fix anything gone wrong and tons of fun stuff for kids- especially in the Summer. Very well maintained. Oh, and a pool! You should check it out! If i didn’t live here i would want to live here.☺️

So hard to get a hold of anyone and for them to do there jobs . Hazardous living conditions. Very very slow to respond and you have to keep nagging to get them to do something.

Lived there for almost a year with something growing under my house and for a whole year they said we will fix it my kids would get sick from this it was like some kind of mold I spent so much money on smell goods stuff just to make my house not stink when I first moved in it was summer and all the windows were open and they said they had to air it out there was a smell but it’s gone now so they already knew when I moved in the said some water pipe burst and the people that lived there before me never reported it I guess and they lived there for 10 yrs ugh my own caseworker had to like threaten the office then they finally fixed it neighbors are amazing love the people became friends with them.
