Since living at KWO for several years now, Ive dealt with 3 different management companies, this current one(Roundhouse) has been great at communication and having actual onsite maintenance to fix issues, as well as fixing them in a timely and efficient manner. I will have to say living next to fields/farmland on both sides has brought in some pesky mice, but Roundhouse has been good about helping get rid of them. Unfortunately they still have the classic issue of many apartment complexes where the walls/ceilings are very thin, if you have neighbors with pets and it might get annoying over the course of the months/years you stay here, and I have occasionally smelled people smoking weed outside of their apartments near mine. While the property itself is older, you’d never know it once you step inside one of the upgraded homes — my unit feels like a brand new apartment! The subtle updates are, clean, and well done, that really make the space feel fresh and comfortable. One of the biggest perks is having an attached garage — it’s a rare find at this price point and adds so much convenience, especially during the winter months. I lived at King West One Apartments for 6 months and overall had a positive experience. The apartment itself was spacious and reasonably priced, and the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable—great for anyone looking for a peaceful place to live. While the move-out process was a bit frustrating and initially not well-handled, I was impressed when the new management stepped in to help. Even though I had moved out five months prior, they responded quickly and resolved the issue in just one day. That level of follow-through really stood out and showed a commitment to resident satisfaction, even after tenancy ends. Would recommend this complex to others, especially with the improved management in place!

The new management team here has been nothing short of exceptional. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Every time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve addressed it quickly and respectfully. It’s clear they take pride in the community and work hard to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Their communication is clear and timely, and they’re always approachable when I see them on site! It makes a big difference knowing that the people running the property are reliable and considerate.
