I’ve been living at King Alfred Apartments for about a month now, and I’m very happy with my experience so far. A close friend of mine, who has been living here for over 10 years, recommended this place to me, and I’m glad I followed his advice. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the bus stop that goes directly to New York, which makes commuting very convenient. When I first came to see the studio apartment, I thought it looked a bit small, but after moving in, I realized it’s actually quite spacious and comfortable for my needs. The rent is slightly higher than I hoped, but after comparing with other options in the area, it’s still one of the best values around. I want to give special thanks to the building supervisor, Vladimir. He’s a very hardworking and dedicated person.
