Foxhall Apartments

We have lived here for almost 4 years in two different apartments, and we have really loved being here. Both apartments were really clean when we moved in, the appliances were always well maintained and if we ever had any issues with our appliances maintenance were always there to fix or replace them right away. The landscape in the whole complex was really beautiful, we always enjoyed walking around and I believe that they did a really great job in taking care of it routinely every week. Neighbors were nice and friendly, and the area is really nice and close to so many plazas and shops, and it’s really close to many highways. The apartments were very spacious with lots of storage and a very nice layout. Foxhall apartments has been really good to us!

I've lived at Foxhall for about 5 years and I love my apartment. Nice quiet area. When ever I needed maintenance they were there. Just a call or email through the residential portal. The grounds are kept, Laundry rooms could be a little better, and dedicated parking space is nice to have.

*They're going to keep deleting my review so let's try again* Lived here for a few years. The first few were great. However, now things change from day to day. Maintenance does not come to fix issues in a timely manner and sometimes even mark your ticket as "completed" when they haven't. God forbid you have an emergency on the weekend you will not get a response from the "on call" staff. They state that the laundromat closes at 9PM but the automatic does lock between 8-8:30PM so if you're stuff is in the dryer you now have to wait until the next morning, Also I was told they don't have keys so too bad so sad you have to wait. Lived here for 3 years from 2019-2022. My first two years were great, it was an older community where many tenants had lived there for several years. Everyone was very friendly. It was quiet and walls were thin, so keep that in mind. My final year, I noticed that they were bringing in some sketchy tenants. I caught one tenant urinating out his front door, who was unemployed always having strangers in and out for quick transactions. I ended up having a break in during the daytime on a Friday afternoon. Some neighbors suggested it was one of the new tenants that saw me leave and went for it from the back window of the apartment where nobody could see. I’m just glad to have made it out safe. I’ve lived here for two years in two different apartments. The community is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. Some of them have been here for several years. You are given one assigned parking spot. The maintaince team have always gotten back to me in a timely matter. Norma and the leasing staff have been fantastic throughout. She is very friendly and is available whenever I have questions. If you’re looking for an apartment where location is key..this is your place. Close to major highways which makes my commute very reasonable. I have not used the laundry room as much but when I have, it has been clean and machines have been available. I am moving due to work but otherwise I would have stayed here another year. My dog loves playing outside and the dogs in the community are very f
