If i could rate this office below 0 i would. Mr. Luis has worked with my family before and there has never been an issue until recently. I asked Mr. Luis to please help me with my homes modification application because of the pandemic like many others i have lost my job and my income lowered However Mr. Luis charged me 500$ to complete this application which was paid to him and my modification process was not complete or handed in to the bank my home was then in danger of being taken away from my family and i. When i called Mr luis for my questions to be answered in regards to this matter Mr. Luiz dismissed me with no care. After insisting to please answer my questions as a paying client Mr. Luis was then very RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO ME! It is sad that luis Sanchez has acted in such mann
