I don't know where to start when it comes to this amazing company. I have been on both sides, one as a Realtor and the other as a 'buyer/seller' of my own personal homes. Jason Kinard, the owner, is such a good man. He treats his employees like family and is always there to answer a question and give his input, but only if you want him to. He truly cares about the happiness of his agents and is incredibly honest, fair and generous. Having worked at other places prior, I knew once I found Jason Kinard, I was in the right place. You won't see Kinard Realty having 'Diamond, or gold' agents or bragging about who has sold the most units etc. because that isn't the focus. I worked with Arlene at Higgins Group for a recent relocation to the area. I was moving from Colorado and looking for a home to rent that would accept two dogs.
