Extremely disappointed at the condition Keyway presented my niece’s new rental in August. For privacy I won’t include the address. I worked in property management for over 5 years in Aiken and would’ve been ashamed and extremely apologetic to find a home in this condition. The rental had been sitting since May before my niece leased it in early November for a late November move in, which was ample time to walk the unit prior to move in. Clearly repairs were made but not cleaned up after. When my niece walked the unit on a self guided tour she did not see (notice) many of these issues because she was unaware of what to look for. Let's just say this is one of the best property management companies that I have ever rented from. The manager over the rental that I reside in is Whitney. She is absolutely amazing. She is sure to follow up on things, quick to return calls/emails and is always willing to assist. Whitney ensures that she sends the best of the best out to my home when work is needed. I’ve been renting with Keyways for about a year and a half, and my experience has been great—especially thanks to Whitney, the maintenance coordinator. Whitney is always on top of our maintenance requests. She’s thorough, follows up quickly, and makes sure everything is handled in a timely manner. She also genuinely cares about our feedback on the vendors who come out and makes sure the work is done the way we want it. Peace of mind. We have been with Keyway Property Management for 2 years going on 3. We have had the same tenants since we started. We are very happy with our property manager Christina. I rarely need to call but if I do Christina is quick to get back to me if she was not in the office. Keyways maintenance coordinator Whitley has done a great job communicating to us any maintenance issues that arise and takes care of them promptly. We feel confident that our home is in good hands and our tenants are being provided with a quality place to call home.
