I bought my keystone house less than a year ago. When we closed, we had a 1 year warranty agreement. 6 weeks ago we had a leak in our ceiling that resulted in mold. We called the emergency plumber who was incredibly quick to respond and stop the leak. We started the warranty email and finally got a response after 4 days and several followups. Dry wall came and repaired the ceiling two weeks ago. We have emailed keystone warranty 5 times already with 0 responses over the last 2 weeks to get the painter out here to finish the job. I have tried calling the numbers in our handbook and the one online. They used to ring but they have blocked me and send me straight to voicemail. I cannot get a response from anyone to uphold their agreement to the warranty. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessio

My boyfriend and I were looking to purchase both of ours first home. When we came across the lot that Keystone was building, we knew we found our perfect first home! The whole experience was extremely pleasant working with Keystone. Penny was GREAT help and just all around wonderful. She made sure to keep us in the loop on all the updates during our build and was always very helpful. Scott too was wonderful!! He was fast to fix anything we didn’t care for and made sure things got done correctly. We are beyond thankful for Keystone communities! If you’re looking for a new home, you don’t want to miss out on any of their properties!!

It's been one year since I closed on my beautiful Country Farmhouse with New Construction Home Builder, KEYSTONE COMMUNITIES. One year later, for me, is the best time to do a New Construction Builder Review because you not only get to experience living in & decorating your new home, but you also get to enjoy the features that attracted you to your new home. The most important point for me, waiting one year after my closing is the 12 month builder warranty. If and when service/repair requests are submitted to builder warranty, I get to experience the builder's interest and response time regarding my requests. Consider this, everyone at the closing table, the builder's agent, the builder, the closing attorney, even the buyers agent, including the customer and the customer or builder's lende

Keystone Communities made me feel like I was working with family. This was my first home buying experience and I do not have one single complaint. Penny and Scott are FANTASTIC, to say the least. Penny kept an open line of communication with me throughout the entire process and always answered my millions of questions immediately. Our walkthrough of the house prior to closing was incredibly informative and I am very thankful for that step in the process! Scott educated me on pretty well every square inch of my beautiful home. Thanks to him, I felt prepared to move in and ready to take on my new role as a homeowner! I can’t say enough good things about the team of people I was blessed with. I will forever refer everyone I know to this group with 100% certainty that they will be in the best

We just closed on our new Keystone home. It was such a positive experience from start to finish. They really care about your wants and needs. Mark helped us choose our lot and explained everything from the type of soil, to the drainage direction. Emily and Corren were always available for questions and always answered texts and emails in a timely manner, even if it was in the evening or on the weekend. Scott kept the cleanest job site ever! We are highly satisfied with our home and would definitely recommend them.
