Keyes Property Management has been extremely efficient and well-organized in handling the property in which I rent. Their communication is prompt, issues are resolved quickly, and everything runs smoothly. Fabiola , who handles all of the maintenance request through the portal is always available to answer any questions or concerns that arises. She also immediately dispatches their service team when there is a maintenance issue. I feel confident knowing that this property is in great hands. Highly recommend!

if you see this company attached to ANYTHING RUN!!! If i could give 0 stars i would. They only are concerned about money, not about the wellbeing while your in their property. Have a newborn and they get sick from the molded ac? They still want your rent money and wont change the unit. Have an infestation even after the exterminator said it wasn’t enough what their doing for the building? They don’t care they want you to buy your own spray and live in roaches. Have a neighbor doing illegal activity and you have proof? Don’t worry they’ll allow the illegal activity, Not to mention the landlord DAVID Ohhhhhh don’t get me started on this man who loves to talk about rent but not fix anything in your home. I rarely write reviews, I had to stop & write this 5 Star review. I have used this company for years for my tenant screenings & they are exceptional. Great service, they take time to explain what you might need to know. The turnaround is so quick & everything is handled professionally. It really gives a Landlord a sense of security in knowing more about who your future tenant is. Once a tenant screens with an association you have already signed a lease & they do not share the results either. This service protects you as the property owner. I highly recommend!

Keyes was a great team to work with. The property was top-notch and their team was polite and helpful! The pool and outdoor area was awesome too.
