What ever you do don't do any business with Angie Holt. She and her client have put me through hell. Said the gutters and roof would be installed PRIOR TO CLOSING--well that was on 5/12. Still staying in a hotel for the 11th day while Ms. Holt twiddles her thumbs, delays and makes one excuse after another. My realtor has been trying to get her to sign further documents and Ms. Holt refuses to sign them. Now another excuse of the day has been said and still nothing is happening. Just a pile of roofing supplies at my "new" house I was supposed to move in on 5/13. Now I have to pay extra for storage, extra to move in, extra storage for my cat's boarding and the 11th day spent on hotel and food. Not to mention my nerves are shot and the great inconvenience she's bestowed on me for going on two

We bought a home shown to us by Angie holt. While this was in 2021 and we asked the right questions we feel as if we were not told everything. We did everything right we paid for the inspection we did the walk through we were very persistent with our questions and we even paid an extra 15k to do some minor repairs. A month after moving into our “dream home” things began to fall apart. They had the inspector in their pocket and they took advantage of us. Even though we had asked the questions. My advice to anyone who is looking for a realtor DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANGIE HOLT! she is not honest and is only after the money.

I would give Angie and Melanie negative stars if I could. They are the epitome of unprofessionalism and incompetence. Angie constantly made excuses for her lack of communication, leaving us in the dark for days on end. She took forever to get any paperwork sorted and scheduled home inspections, causing us to miss out on several potential homes. Not only did Angie fail to find us a single house to view on her own, but when we decided to switch realtors and lenders, she and her lender had the audacity to message us mean manipulative messages, trying to guilt-trip us into staying with her. Save yourself the headache and avoid Angie and Melanie at all costs. They are a disgrace to the real estate industry.

We listed a home with Angie 4 years ago and purchased another using her as our realtor. Our home sold in 24 hours and she went above and beyond to help us figure out the logistics of such a quick sale. We are going to be placing another home on the market using Key to Your Heart very soon!
