Keva Flats

We moved to Keva flats in October 2024. It has been a great place to live. The apartments are very good, modern and well maintained. The club house and common amenities are also very good. The onsite team( Julie, Sam and Kate) is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is also very active and helpful, any maintenance request is always resolved. The community events are fun and exciting!!! I am enjoying living here and so is my family, especially my two young kids😀. I can confidently recommend people to live in Keva flats.

Living at Keva Flat Apartments for the past eight months has been an excellent experience, thanks to the courteous and efficient staff, well‑maintained grounds, and modern living spaces. Any minor repairs needed in the apartment were handled quickly and done right the first time, and the snow removal this year was especially impressive. The apartments themselves are spacious and contemporary, and the amenities—including the gym, pool, lounges, BBQ patios, and shared public areas—feature top‑of‑the‑line equipment and are consistently kept immaculate, creating a comfortable and enjoyable living environment overall.

We lived here for more than four years and had a really positive experience. The community is quiet and well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and easy to work with. Any maintenance issues we had were handled quickly. The location is very convenient—close to grocery stores, metro station, parks/walking trails and major highways. We truly enjoyed living here and wouldn’t be leaving if we weren’t buying a house. I’d definitely recommend Keva Flats to anyone looking for a great place to live in Chester County.

Love living at Keva Flats! The apartments are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. The clubhouse and pool are amazing, and the shared spaces are always enjoyable. Everyone we’ve met in the community has been super friendly too!

Before moving to Keva flat, I had looked at many apartment complexes and found Keva to check off most if not all my boxes. From the great green space Keva has, to the beautiful clubhouse that offers not only indoor but outdoor space to entertain and the pool with patio area which has grills and firepit with I use often. I was moving from a 4 bedroom house to an apartment and I didn't want to feel like I was living in a closet. My apartment is amazing and offers me enough space to still have my family over for holidays. I also love how diverse Keva is , from singles, family with kids to older adults. The office staff at Keva which includes Kate Prince( property manager), Debbie and Julie, all are amazing, they always are planning fun activities for the residents and are super friendly. Th
