I rented from Keren properties in 2006 and then returned to the same building in 2013 until 2018 when I purchased a home. Property management and maintenance staff were responsive and polite. Common areas were clean, laundry facilities were always in working order, and snow and ice removal were always done. I would still be renting from Keren Properties if I had not decided to buy my home. Management was flexible with me during that period as well and I was grateful for that.

Keren Properties has neglected routine maintenance on their E Wright St. property for years. This has resulted in a number of box elder trees that are infringing upon and damaging my property. I have repeatedly brought this to the attention of Keren Properties and even obtained a number of tree removal quotes on their behalf. The problem of these six trees could have been completely resolved for $1,800, however Keren Properties is refusing to remove these trees and has suggested that I should schedule and fund their removal. Only after I got my lawyer and the city involved, did Keren Properties clean up the massive amount of garbage on their property, and agree to removing one of the six trees that need removal.
