Quiet and clean community, professional on-time maintenance, property manager Melissa is awesome! I have Lived at this property With previous management and the experience was horrific. Maintenance was not completed, units falling apart, pest, and management had shown no care. Transients on property as well. Once Olympic management took over with Melissa as Property Manager…I will not move ever again ! Melissa’s care and concern that is taken to keep property safe and clean! No more un-wanted guest parked on property. Maintenance responds almost instantly and Melissa answers inquiries/ concerns even after hours! Kent 5th Ave Townhouse is a great place to reside.

We have been residents of Kent 5th Ave for 7 years. We have had our good and bad experiences like any other tenants. When Melissa and Shane came along things have gotten better for us. Everytime we have something that needs to be fixed or replaced they get right on it. Our fridge was not working one morning and we placed a work order and right that morning Shane came by and worked on it. He never gave up until he was able to get it to work. My dishwasher was clogged and Shane fixed it the same day. Everytime I have questions Melissa always answers via text or phone. She's so fun to talk to. I enjoy having conversations with her. I have to say to start Mellisa is AMAZING!!! She was so patient with my thousands of calls, directed me through everything with ease helped me figure out how to move in with ease. I only had 1 issue and maintenance was so quick to respond. I would suggest Mellisa a thousand times over I can’t thank her enough for helping us get into our new place! This property management seems very keen on making this a place you want to live. 😊 ps. Melissa was even sweet enough to respond on her days off if she hasn’t gotten one already this girl needs a raise. ❤️

I was like why does this keep coming up? Duh my Bible studies right down the street and I always park in front of these apartments. They look pretty nice. Looks pretty quiet pretty decent area to live at but Kent is what it is. Praying for our community.

Awful. The new manager is very unprofessional. I wonder if the owner knows she's turning down payments. There are drug dealers. My apt was robbed by my neighbor in June and nothing was ever done. I got my car stolen last month with everything including my keys and they didn't change my locks for 2 weeks. And after I asked them to do it I got an eviction notice.
