Don’t rent from this apartment! I was suppose to me move in 11/17 but I was called Thursday 11/13 at 5pm before they closed that the unit I was suppose to get was not going to be available that they had another unit available but on the 3rd floor but I specifically told them I could only do 1st floor. So the next day I went to go looking at apartments because the manager told me their wasn’t any other first floors so I had to take that one. I go back 11/14 and the leasing agent Marlecia told me that the unit was going to be available after all and that he shouldn’t have never called me that it was wrong with him to have done that and what not. The manager is very rude and is not taking blame for the issue if he would of never open his mouth from the beginning and taken the time to actuall

Just an AMAZING experience! The staff treated me like a valued customer! Marlecia did her big one omg. I’m no longer homeless thank yall so much for truly helping me through this process! 10/10

Communication is awful. If you bring anything to their attention they will ignore you. Been having issues with a neihbor and wouldnt handle it on going a year now. Parking is insane good luck finding anything at all unless you want to pay out of pocket for a garage. Appliances are old. When things break maintenance will come in half ass it not actually fix anything or come up with an excuse as to why they cant fix it and then will mark it complete and never come back to fix anything. Lock on door is still broken still waiting on a light for my kitchen its been a year. You cant use your balcony for literally anything. Expect surprise fees cuz oops a single piece of garbage is on the ground and didnt even come from you and they'll charge you with no proof. They allow dogsbto ve off leash eve

So far I’ve really enjoyed living here. The maintenance team is on point and very responsive Especially Larry. I just wish the Gym was 24 hours or at least some additional access beyond the regular office hours
