This is one of the WORST finance institutions. Their accounting is incorrect and staff does not know how to breakdown the account history. They NEVER reported any kind of on time payments only late. There is a guy that works there, he calls himself “Pat” and he clearly cannot handle any kind of accounting breakdown and has an EGO you can see from across the country. He is incapable of helping and has the worst customer service and should not be working for this company. This place has serious accounting issues and they are unable to go through history to figure out where any error is. If you choose to use this company please be aware they are extremely arrogant and DO NOT ADMIT ERRORS THEY HAVE MADE. You will regret using this finance company.
