I have been a tenant for the past 3 years and the experience has been fantastic. The management and maintenance staff are incredibly professional and responsive. Any issues with the apartment, they take care of it right away. It is clear the property is well-maintained and cared for. The apartment itself is great. Spacious layout with plenty of natural light, laundry hookups, walk in closet and the enclosed back porch that I get to see the sunset every day are some of my favorite things about my home! I always felt valued as a tenant and don’t plan on leaving unless I become a homeowner. Lol.
