Don’t even try to call during office hours, you’ll get no response. I could write a book about the horrible office communication. They’ll be available to put a calendar on your door or send a complaint out to all residents but can’t answer phone calls during office hours. Pathetic.

active leak in home and maintenance doesn’t have materials to fix it at 6pm doesn’t make much sense so i’m just supposed to let my house flood also btw i had propped up a water meter stick up against it to try n stop the leaking and maintenance said that should be fine till tommorow and leaves while it’s actively flooding my garage pathetic

Ended lease early due to maintenance issues not being fixed. Months of requests, emails, time going in person to the office did nothing. Upstairs neighbors were deliberately “heavy footed” to get me out bc the “mom just didn’t like me” Thanks to Jewlly the sweetest person in there unfortunately had so much on her plate, but yet still let’s everyone feel heard.

Very nice interior, even if exterior could use a paint job. Office staff is fantastic and has always fixed any maintenance issues quickly with no hassles. Nice price for great Edmond neighborhood compared to same size apartments at higher price in terrible neighborhoods in OKC. DOGS OF ANY SIZE ALLOWED!!! Dog owners dream place! Inexpensive pet deposit and they have staff do poop patrol! Highly recommend.

The maintenance technicians were fast, efficient, and punctual in the repair of my bathtub knobs! It took them less than an hour heck maybe even 45 minutes! Very exceptional workers, and I am very thankful for your help!
