Management team here is simply rude. You ask them a simple question and they respond in the most unprofessional and rude way as possible when it would be easier to give an actual answer. The maintenance team here were usually there within 24 hours, however every time they "fixed" something they would run out before you notice they had actually fixed nothing(multiple times making it worse), often leaving a mess behind where they were working. The other tenants here are also horrible as they throw food scraps and trash off of their balconies, walls are extremally thin so you also hear every conversation and step in adjacent units. For anyone wondering why they have so few reviews, they play a trick by deleting their old Google account and creating a new one once they got too many negative reviews. Let me help you summarize the previous reviews: 1. The property manager: Paula is very unfriendly and treat you like animals. 2. The apartments have cockroaches and rats, and they cannot solve it. 3. The apartments maintenance team enter your apartment without your consent.

1- Renters be AWARE. Management, Paula Jacobs, will ENTER or let outside vendors into your apartment without your consent (see screenshot 1). Remember, in Massachusetts, renters have RIGHTS too (see screenshot 2). 2- Renters be AWARE. You’ll be ridiculously charged for new locks that are OLD (see screenshot 3). In Massachusetts, landlord can only charge for NEW locks not OLD (see screenshot 4).

So far, so good. Loving the area and the closeness to the mall, many stores, and the train. You can hear your neighbors, but it’s nothing unusual for apartment living and the train noise. Other than loving it way, the spacious apartment, and all amenities included. If you want to not burn a hole through your pockets every month and can live in Natick, I highly recommend it!

Paula Jacobs (property manager) isn't just difficult; she's actively hostile, making every simple request an uphill battle. I moved out within a year, and honestly, it felt like escaping a financial and emotional trap. Their maintenance team operates on a glacial timeline, and their "penny-pinching" isn't just annoying, it's a deliberate refusal to address basic living needs. Expect broken appliances to stay broken while they find new ways to extract money from your wallet. If you value your sanity and your savings, I implore you, do not move here. You'll regret it from day one.
