It was a pleasure working with Paul. He took genuine interest in showing us properties. Elucidating relevant information and even provided insights on future potential of those properties. He was patient. He was candid in his suggestions on what could be the right property for our family's needs. He never pushed us to consider a high priced property despite potential for higher commissions (I feel) simply cause he felt the property may be of limited utility for our family's need - an indicator of an honest, matured realtor. Deb Dion was an excellent realtor! I loved working with her. She was a great communicator - very responsive and knowledgeable. This was my first home buying experience, so I had a lot of questions and was often overwhelmed with the process. She made me feel a lot more at ease by frequently checking in on me and walking me through each step. I felt like she really cared about me and my family. She even gifted us a personalized welcome mat for our new home which was a thoughtful touch. The only reason I took away one star was because there was a mistake made during the closing where I was given the wrong information. We really enjoyed working with Jim and Mike. They are both down-to-earth, and we instantly felt like we could trust them to sell our long-time family home. Mike and Jim have extensive experience with real estate in the area. They explained the process thoroughly. When we had questions, they responded promptly. We didn't feel pressured to sell, and when the time was right, they were able to guide us through the process smoothly. I’d recommend Tyler Gammons over and over again. He always made himself available when I wanted to tour a house, and always asked questions during those home tours that I’d never think to ask. He’d give me his honest opinion about whether or not the house was a good investment, and when I finally found the home of my dream, he made sure my offer stood out amongst the others!
