I first met Andrew a few months ago when I was just starting to explore moving into my first apartment. Now that I’m officially ready, I went back in today, and he has been just as helpful and responsive as he was from the start. Andrew has consistently provided the best service I’ve experienced while apartment hunting. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about helping you find the right fit. Because of him, it really shows the value and quality of service Modera offers. I’m very grateful for his help and highly recommend working with him.

I’m a very happy resident at Modera Natick Center! I love the layout of the complex. I love my 2 bedroom apartment! It’s clean and the grounds are beautiful! My neighbors are all very lovely people! The maintenance staff is outstanding with their knowledge and expertise! Wilson and LC are a great team! Andrew is great also!

If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful apartment, Modera Apartments would be a great fit. It's a community filled with friendly neighbors and pet-lovers. While it's not a large complex, it is a well-equipped apartment with all necessary amenities. They have ample O&M team members, so most issues in the apartment are resolved promptly. I forgot to mention one of the most important benefits. The apartment is perfectly located for access to the Cochituate Rail Trail. If the weather is good, you can reach the trail in less than a minute.

Maintenance Team is Awesome - Apartment Painting I recently submitted a maintenance ticket for a painting touch up in my apartment unit, and I couldn't be more pleased with Wilson's work! The maintenance team at Modera Natick Center was prompt in responding to my request, and they worked efficiently to transform my space back to new. The team was professional, courteous, and ensured everything was tidy before they left. I highly recommend Modera Natick Center to folks looking for an apartment - the management team that are onsite are friendly and responsive to requests and questions.

I've lived at Modera Natick since October 2015. It has been a beautiful experience. The office and maintenance staff are very professional, courteous and helpful. Being a single father of two and living here has been wonderful. The times i had a maintenance issue it was taken care of within 24 hours or less.The club house, pool, and gym are also a great amenity.
