BEWARE the manager (julie) will trap you with her seemingly nice demeanor but she is a nuisance to live with and is the main reason we are not renewing our lease. you will find out AFTER you pay the application fees that lease includes a max 2 guest at a time (not per roommate but total) policy and quiet hours after 10pm, but pretty much any noise even before 10pm will result in her knocking on your door. on several occasions she has knocked on our apartment door with made up noise complaints when we were sleeping or silent studying. she is also horrible at communicating but somehow has all the time on earth to show up at your door when convenient, honestly worse than having a strict RA. she frequently just assumes we are the source of noise but ignores literal parties occurring in backya

The landlady is truly a vindictive and cruel woman. She will listen to your conversations, barge into your apartment and constantly invade your personal space. On numerous occasions she has made up new rules to penalize us including “no talking by the window” and “no laughing”. I strongly recommend finding another living space if you are someone that talks or laughs

Dirty units and awful management that talks down to you and acts super dismissive when you have an issue. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Get better employees, management, and take better care of your units.
