Kelly Green Apartments

My husband and I enjoyed living at Kelly Green Apartments for 5+ years before our recent move out of state. From our experience, we found Christy, the property manager, to be responsive, direct, flexible, proactive, and empathetic whenever we had any apartment related issues throughout. Honestly, we stayed there for as long as we did because of Christy being exceptional at what she does from quickly scheduling apartment fixes, helping track down mis-delivered packages, consistently making herself available in the office where residents can walk-in to talk about any concerns they may have, and more. As for the property itself, we already miss seeing and hearing birds, deer, and butterflies outside our window on the daily. It's unusually peaceful for being in Hayward. New washers and dryer

The first thing you will notice, is how quiet and peaceful the area is. There is a lot of care in the landscaping to make it really stand out. Many times we would take a walk around the complex, watching deer, and hearing the 2 owls in the neighborhood. The management is fantastic, Christy takes care of any maintenance issues right away, many times the same day. I highly recommended Kelly Green Garden apartments.

The parking is terrible. Better get home before 5 otherwise if you park in the lot and it's not a parking spot you'll be paying 400 to get your car back from the tow company. Had some stuff stolen here also. Shady area

Even if you don't get to live there, talking to Wafa, possibly the apt. manager, is a wonderful experience. She's very helpful, easy to talk to and full of valuable information. Thank-you Wafa for taking the time to talk with me.

Beautifully tucked away; quiet and peaceful; close to nature. Competitively priced, close to highways and grocery stores. Parking is tight but I love living here.
