They pay lead generation services to get your contact info then call you at 8 am. If I wanted to use your service I would have contacted you. Don't cold call me then text me after not answering telling me your my neighbor. You don't know anything about me or where I live. Do not recommend.

They were the listing agent for a property I bid for. My bid was accepted but they waited three days before getting the sellers to sign. At this time they had me raise my offer. I did and then after going completely through attorney review they delayed the seller signing the contract they said I would have to go up another 10k or they would go to another secret bidder.they have no integrity or ethics. NEVER TRUST THE WITH A DEAL.
