We entered for a drawling for something at an event and marked that we marked that we were not looking to buy or sale. Since said event they have sent us mail and have been contacting my husband to look for a new home. My husband told them on the phone again we are not looking and now they have started to text him. They are very pushy we have since blocked their number and will NEVER use them. Harassing people is a bad business practice.

I have to say. This office may be very busy. I was looking online at a rental, in Plant City. My wife and I would like to be part of the community. I found it to be a challenge. See with all the online inquiries, we have more business flowing to us. I started calling Wednesday before lunch. I was excited to offer to rent a home in Plant City. This was a great find. I am sorry to say the let down is communication. Wednesday someone was going to call me back. The property was available then. I asked did I need to give a deposit? I was told someone would call me back. ....Then Thursday I called again they said they did not know who had the listing. The owner may have pulled the offer to rent. I have never seen a company ignore a person for going on a week. I am an interested buyer, have called, email and texted several times different numbers including the main office AND to this day still have not talked to anybody. Terrible customer service, would not use this office for anything!
