At 4 pm, an hour before they close, my car broke down in the middle of the entrance between my apartment complex and this office. This happened in the middle of a clear mental health crisis, as I was crying and trying to figure my car issues out on top of the personal issues I’m dealing with. I was finally able to pull into one of the MANY available spaces. With no place to put my car until I get it towed later, a woman came out and told me I couldn’t park there. In the empty lot.
