I had an extremely frustrating experience with Keller Williams Golden Isles, specifically working with Jessica Keane (License #443511), the buyer’s agent involved in a recent transaction. After the closing, Ms. Keane agreed to purchase a brand new washer and dryer that were left in the home. However, she removed the items without making any payment, effectively stealing them from the seller. Despite multiple attempts to contact her directly and through her brokerage, we received no response or resolution. This lack of accountability for her actions, coupled with her failure to honor the agreement, has been incredibly unprofessional.
