We had a great pleasure and time to work with Jaya and her team (Sarla and Tanisha) for our first home. While we started looking properties, Jaya tried to understand our requirements/ budget, than she guided us what have to consider while searching a property. During the property tour, She was full involved by informing us about builder's background, material used, market trend and history of property & area around. Although she provides her realistic views but never forced us to make an offer or adjust our offering price, as a result we established a trusted agent-buyer relationship. Later on once our offer got selected, she gave a step by step guidance to proceed for hassle free closing. And finally we have our first sweet home. We really appreciate your help.

I am writing this review after purchasing for second time with Jaya as our agent. The first was in 2016. She looks to the interests of her clients more than closing a deal. She can estimate the kind of repairs and cost when going through the house. She is also a fantastic negotiator, which helped us incredibly with last minute walk-through issues. She was responsive, even though she was on an international vacation and wrote a contract late night international timezone. This shows that she goes above and beyond for her clients. The only downside of Jaya is that she is so successful that she is incredibly busy , so sometimes we had to tour with her assistant instead. But touring with Jaya is a win!
