Leigh Fortier worked as our buyers agent. She is not only honest, professional and a great communicator, but she genuinely cares about her clients. She was there for every step of the process, and is the reason that our niece and her husband now own a home 4 minutes away from us. She is continuing to help, even after escrow has closed. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Awesome location with store's and restaurants just outside the office nice view of the Hollywood sing. Not to mention that Down Town LA and other Major cities just minutes away from here makes it easy and quick to get to meet clients!!!!

Bruce Seid who works for Keller Williams is basically a Slumlord. The only reason I am writing a review is because Bruce decided it was easier not to return emails and refuses to speak on the phone. He is the property manager, and I use that term very loose, of the building I am in. There have been major roof leaks which he refuses to fix, so there is water running down the walls when it rains. I brought to his attention that there is a MOLD ISSUE and since then he refuses to communicate with me. Air filters NEVER get changed, lights are burnt out. The is literally no maintenance that gets done on this building, and he refuses to spend any money to fix anything. Bruce is too cheap to hire an actual property manager to maintain the building. Called to get information and the person on the phone was flat out rude. She lacked active listening and then said she did not know what I was referring to and said to me “like I said” very rudely. I was requesting information that was listed on indeed. If you do not know what is going on or what someone is referring to simply say “ I apologize. I am unfamiliar with your request. May I have your contact information so that I may reach out to my direct supervisor to get clarity on your request” that would be the appropriate response from a professional working in an environment that handles multiple clients. Very disappointing with the rude attitude and push away.
