Keller Williams Fort Myers & The Islands

My home was recently valued by Realtors to market at $639,900. A comp a few houses down recently closed at $640K. Martin Hawley of Keller Williams wrote me a letter detailing his marketing approach. He stated the home stands out, is a distinctive waterfront residence on nearly half acre, and on and on with superlatives. We made an appointment for him to come to the house. Right before the scheduled appt time he sends a text stating the home went from $639,900 to now his valuation of between mid 300K to low 400K. His approach was to put in extors against each other in an auction style sale. Basically trying to steal my property. I will be filing a complaint with the Local Boards of Realty and also to the State. His behavior and approach has no place in the real estate arena. Sellers and B
