Tracy Ellett is an amazing realtor! She walked with me through every step of the process as a first time home buyer! I took about a year and a half to finally make the jump to home ownership. In that time, Tracy patiently showed me house after house until I found the exact home I wanted! She has a long history of working with clients in this area, knows the area very well, is super knowledgeable, and very attentive to her clients. She is also very accessible and sympathetic to new buyers learning the ropes, etc. I found her to be invaluable and recommend her to everyone I know who's in the market for a house.

Our agent was representing the seller and representing me because we were buying the house we were renting. Our agent was very dismissive, smart, and argumentative from the first time we walked through the house together. I pointed out everything that needed to be fixed and he made it seem like everything needing to be repaired was not on the seller to take care of and kept telling me I could fix it myself. He only agreed to negotiate for the repairs if I was getting a USDA loan, which I repeat several times I was getting. So, our closing was delayed because the repairs I pointed out were not fixed. The problems that occurred after the initial repairs started were on the lender and him, however, he was not proactive about getting things done and kept pushing me to pay for and fix a house t
