She was extremely knowledgeable with all the home loans out there and advised me through a USDA loan that I never new existed!! I’m a single mom with two kids and she worked so hard to get me into not only just a house but my dream home:) Annmarie went above and beyond for me and my family and will forever be grateful.. thank you so much for this experience

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DISHONEST REALTOR ? We had the misfortune of working with Brandon Elsemore. We looked at several properties and came across one that we thought fit our needs. From the very beginning we made it known we didn't like associations and planned on buying a good size boat. We asked Brandon Elsemore if there was an association and we were told no, but they collect money for plowing and road maintenance. We directly asked Brandon Elsemore if there was an association and if it had any ccr's or bylaws BEFORE making an offer and we were told no. Brandon Elsemore said he asked the selling realtor and said he was told there wasn't any. The selling agent worked for the same company. (The plot thickens) Brandon Elsemore NEVER contacted the town of Wells Maine and NEVER asked

Highly recommend! My boyfriend and I worked with John Gilman on purchasing our new home. John was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and helpful! As a first time home buyer I was unsure how the house buying process works and to top that off, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. John was always there to answer all our questions and flawlessly help us through the entire process from start to finish. Couldn't have done it without him! So grateful and thankful! Thank you John! We love our new home!

I had the worst experience ever selling my house with Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes real estate agency and their agent Leila Tarantelli. I would not recommend using them or Leila as your sales agent. Although the outcome was acceptable the overall experience was not pleasant. Leila directs you to her reviews on the agencies web page but I honestly believe that Leila weeds out the bad reviews and only shows you the good ones. That is why I've chosen not to leave a review on Keller Williams site. Please do your research when hiring a sales agent to represent you in the sale of your house. I would never use Leila again.

My girlfriend and I recently closed on a house and we worked with John Gillman of Keller Williams. John was an excellent agent who had our best interest at heart throughout the entire process. We purchased this house during the COVID-19 pandemic which certainly caused unique challenges for the real estate market and John was there to help us through it. I do not think we would have been successful with out John's reliable hand guiding us through this process. If anyone is looking to purchase a home, I could not recommend John any higher.
