Would not recommend Dilara Wentz to be anyone's realtor. She represented the sellers of the house we purchased. In the purchase she negotiated that the sellers rent the house back for 3 weeks, which we agreed to. Now we are trying to obtain the keys to our new house. as the agreed upon 3 weeks ends next Monday. Ms. Wentz did not respond to our realtor's emails asking how we can get the keys, until our realtor threatened to call the broker. She never gave my realtor the seller's contact information nor even advised us that she was no longer going to be responsible for any transactions with the sellers, so we could arrange the handover ourselves. Her reply to our agent was terse, saying she had no responsibility once the property was sold. I guess logic, decency, and cultivating business

WARNING STAY AWAY!!! Our Relator was Samantha Meyer (Lic. #0225261954), and it ended in a terrible experience!! We told Samantha everything upfront on what we needed to sell the house for. She assured us that based on her comps she could get us there. We did her recommended upgrades to the house, and found a buyer. Unfortunately the appraisal came back $25,000 short of what we were asking. How can you mess up that bad as a realtor to get that far off!! We had to take the house off the market. To make matters worse Samatha extorted us financially. She stated she did not require payment for photos or obtaining HOA docs in our contract together. However, when we took the home off the market she threatened to charge us her commission of $14,000 if we did not reimburse her for the photos and HO
