DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER if you want quality workmanship! They built my home DBA: Meadow Brook Townhomes and after 5 years there are significant cracks in concrete in garage, walkway and patio. Poor lousy workmanship. As expected they claim foundation is shifting. Why would a properly laid foundation shift? Oddly it has shifted in all 4 townhomes that are built in a row. Home has also required heating ductwork adjustments to have heat flow to the first floor, furnace is in the attic 9+ ft. ceilings without an attic pull down, replacement required of cheapie light fixtures and plumbing valve was located 3 ft. below soil without a box locating it. Now they build $800K homes in Ashland. BEWARE! Poorest of quality builder. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER!
