We woke up one day and said let’s just buy a house. I called Lily and asked “how do we get approved to buy?”. Just like that; Lily had us approved the same day and that weekend we were house shopping (the fun part). One week later we were in escrow on our dream home (the scary part)! Lily walked us through the escrow process and answered every question we had along the way giving us reassurance . After a 15 day close we were moved in on day 16 (the we did it part).
