KCHA: King's Court Apartments

Living here is a NIGHTMARE. You have drug dealers and addicts who have zero intention of getting clean as neighbors. They allow people to physically assault their neighbors whether it be with just their hands or even weapons. I’ve SEEN guns, bear mace & machetes all used on people while living here but does management care? No. I had a racist neighbor assault me in front of my small toddler while I was in my car strapped in my seat belt. But it doesn’t stop at neighborly harassment. EVERY time you complain about management not doing their job they’ll find an excuse to attempt to evict you no matter how small or if you have had verbal conversations and agreements on things. I lived here before, and I want to inform those who choose to move there, to rethink it! First and foremost that property is managed by KCHA - King County housing authority. Familys that live there are mostly going through bad situations with the neighborhood and office staff. The office writes work orders and never have a maintenance fix things on time. The neighbors or the neighborhood is another story, there has been cars stolen and broken into! Homeless people come at night and sleep on the property in various parts. Big and small dogs chase you off the leash! I have a friend that still lives there and they said that they still get no peace or acceptable service. People walk behind your apartment to see if they can rob you of your personal belongings. It's bad and very cruel to have
