The agent I used was someone my daughter knew from high school. (My daughter is a real estate agent in Alabama.) This agent handled my final walk through poorly. It was written in the contract that window treatments and TV mounts were to stay. The sellers took them all and even the brackets on the wall (except one bracket in the kitchen) leaving multiple holes and anchor holes in the walls. When I complained she acted clueless about what to do. I had to tell her to get with the sellers' agent and work it out. We compromised on the TV mounts but her response on the window treatments was 'I don't know how to value those so we'll have to leave it.'.
