We were just visiting the Silver Lakes location to see if we liked the builder... and we ended up buying that day! Earl is our sales representative and he is phenomenal. Answered all our questions and provided a plethora of information about KB Homes and the area. His partner, Johnathan, has been awesome too!! We are really excited about living in our new KB Home in our new town of Leesburg! Quality builder!! Out appointment at the Design Studio was fantastic! As a buyer in a new construction community by KB Home, I followed every protocol outlined for third-party inspections: I obtained builder approval for my inspector and submitted the block inspection report within the required 24-hour window—on June 11, 2025. As of today, July 23, 2025, not a single item from that report has been addressed. During a recent conversation, the superintendent admitted that some of the issues can no longer be corrected because construction has progressed too far. This outcome is unacceptable and completely avoidable had the builder responded when the report was submitted—on time and per policy.
