KB Home Saguaro Haven

Please don’t buy a KB home. My 7 year old home has had 2 major leaks due to plumbing that was used. KB said it’s out of warranty so I’m SOL. Now it’s just a waiting game for the rest of the plumbing to give out. 7 year old home with pex that should last 50-100 years busting, and KB has washed their hands of it.

Warning all Realtors, not only is KB Homes paying 2% Broker commissions, they continue to overprice their homes in this declining market under the guise of somehow providing the Buyers financing benefits without disclosing not everyone can even use their limited financing options, they will forward your Buyers’ information to their KB Homes Lender without the Buyers’ consent, they will disclose non-compliant Lender fees against TRID and CFPB regulations, they will then leave it to you the Agent to facilitate everything in the transaction although there is a limited representation agreement upon contract acceptance; lastly, have you researched the ongoing KB Homes litigation?
