Horrible loan person. Sales person was very kind and knowledgeable! Very helpful sales consultant but when I get to the loan pre qualification process I was met with a VERY different experience! DO NOT GO WITH THEIR IN HOUSE FINANCE or ask for someone other than Iona or however you spell her name. She’s rude, unreliable, and doesn’t listen. To me several days to get in contact with her after beginning the buying process. Ultimately I pulled out of the deal because of the negative experience! Now I have a brand new KHOV home!

Good Morning, We just bought a home in KB Mystic Vista Traditions and I wanted to give Recognition to a couple of people that made our experience here great. We first started our home from the ground up last august of 2024 and officially closed April of 2025. We were always told different dates, some things were on back order or took a little longer than normal but over all it was good. Buying a home especially your first home from the ground up is extremely stressful. Our home was broken into when the tub and counters were installed we didn’t have a front door yet, someone sprayed painted all over the tub and alcohol was in the tub and throughout the house.
