Solana Villas

Im so happy for choosing solana villas as my new home. This apartment exceeded my expectations!! The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Great Apartments and great staff. Morris, Alicia, and Kim are a godsend and a pleasure throughout the leasing process. The units are brand new. The walls are not paper thin like other places I've lived. The grounds are clean and constantly tended to. My ONLY con is that the gym is constantly closed. I'm an early riser and the neighborhood isn't one I feel safe jogging in. My gym is way out in Goodyear. PLEASE make the gym more accessible.

The staff here at Solana Villas, Morris, Alicia and Kim were great! Thank you for all your help. Yes, the process takes time but very well worth it. The homes are very beautiful and stylish. The amenities are awesome. My only complaint is the dog poop you see every where you walk.

Management was amazing, he took the time to show me around and my apartment! Staff was very helpful and the interior is really nice. 10/10 recommend.

The units are beautiful and I love the amenities. The staff are also very helpful. My only complaints are the dog poop you see literally everywhere you walk because of tenants not picking up after their pets and the constant ongoing heavy footing and stomping from my neighbors above me every single night which makes it difficult for my kids and I to sleep at night. Other than that I love it here.
