Victory Big Patio

Attended a BBQ hosted by the Victory and viewed the model homes. Victory at Verrado is now building new models by new builders and phasing out a couple of builders who have sold out. Victory is selling non stop and due to the calm lay back pristine area and the amenities they have to offer in the community. If you want a great buy at very affordable prices, don't wait to long. Prices will go up due to demand and price increases due to rising material costs. Get in early and then sit back and watch your investment rise steadily. Great place to retire and remain active or just kick back and enjoy the weather and the scenery.

This place has such an amazing veiw! And so much space to spread out. I celebrated my anniversary there and it was so gorgeous with the twinkle lights and plant life everywhere. Its nice and secluded. A great night!

We do commercial services at this location and the view is always breath taken. The sales team is very nice and always taking care of new home buyers. This is one of the most beautiful areas in the Verrado community. Impact Commercial Service

Love the views here. Lots of beautiful home plans, awesome amenities, and great location. We chose Verrado when it opened and Victory in Verrado may be our retirement move once the kiddo is off to college.
