Beautiful single story and two story homes are good sized lots. Wildfire prepared homes.
If you live in the area and are in the market for a new home, check these out. This is the first neighborhood to receive the Insurance Institute for Business and Home Safety's Wildfire Prepared Neighborhood. The homes are beautiful too.
Cheaply made homes! Quality over quantity in mind with these builders. Much too expensive for a house in Escondido. Everything is constructed with less than desirable materials. In a few years, everything will get very run down. I do not recommend these homes. We dodged a bullet.
Beautiful homes neighborhood is designed with surrounding aesthetics in mind. Adding to the tax base for the City of Escondido means more money for schools, community programs and overall beautification for the hardworking residents of North County !
