The five stars are for the maintenance guys here at Birchmont. The 2 main guys are so awesome and very helpful. They are always on top of their work and so willing to help out. Thank you, both of you for a job well done

I am so happy that I moved here. I am so pleased on the maintenance crew. They fix the screen door, which I thought could never be fixed, but they did it the same day. I am so pleased I think you so much.

We have lived here almost 3 years. One reason we chose this place was for the pool and jacuzzi. The new owners started the demo on the pool last August 2023. We were told it would be finished by the end of the month. That time came and a new notice appeared and said it would be done by the end of September. That was 6 months ago. Our rent did go up and the amenities decreased. The plumbing is often an issue here and the water to our entire building gets turned off for a whole day for repairs. Many times we are not told this in advance because it is yet another emergency! I will say that the exterior of the buildings has been repainted and looks great! Nice paint isn’t enough for me! Please do not move here, especially if you want the management to care.

The staff was delightful and a pleasure to collaborate with, and the community is well-maintained and notably peaceful. Furthermore, the proximity of stores is certainly a convenient bonus.

Thank you to the Regional Director, Terra Cortez. Yayyyyyyy!!! Your Ontario maintenance team came in and cleaned up a very messy maintenance experience here. All in 30 minutes and gave me such joy. Adolpho thank you as well.
