The entire process from application to maintenance request has been easy, fast, and painless. Houses are well insulated and quiet, they allow dogs - no weight limit, the houses are beautifully maintained, they have a warmed pool and jacuzzi with a grill area as well as a workout room, and the front office is friendly and helpful. All of the staff have been helpful and treated us wonderfully with any issue we've had while living here. Maintenance requests are responded to VERY quickly and maintenance is fast and efficient- honestly, this is the best experience I've had dealing with a rental place (so far) in my lifetime. Lived here for 2 years going on 3! I enjoy the community & neighbors along with the pool a spa area. Jennifer in the office is always present and available. Anthony has been 100% and on the spot whenever the unit needs to be attended to. A day will not go by without his services and a smile on his face, ready to help!
